About this experience

Spend a day on the Ambassador Namaste Cruise, Halong Bay’s Indian day cruise, and explore one of the World Heritage Site’s most scenic routes. Departing from Halong International Cruise Port, the vessel sails through thousands of limestone islets across Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

Step inside Sung Sot Cave, the bay’s largest cave, known for its thousand-year-old stalactites in many shapes. Back on board, enjoy an authentic Indian lunch as the cruise glides between towering karsts. In the afternoon, visit Luon Cave, where a lake sits inside a closed, arch-shaped mountain. You can explore it on a bamboo boat rowed by a local or by kayak for an additional charge.

The day ends with afternoon tea on deck as the cruise returns to port. Entrance and sightseeing fees, onboard insurance, taxes and service charges are all included.

Meeting Point

1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City. Check-in starts at 10:00. The cruise departs at 10:45.

Getting There

Transportation to and from Halong is not included. Please arrange your own transfer to the cruise port.

Additional Charges

The bamboo boat ride and kayaking at Luon Cave are optional and paid on site. Beverages other than the welcome drink and afternoon tea are not included.
