He Art Museum Visitor Guidelines: 1. Visitors with inappropriate attire, exaggerated dressing, or under the influence of alcohol are not permitted. 2. Please refrain from uncivilized behaviors such as lying down, making loud noises, running, or playing in the venue. 3. Only small-format cameras with dimensions under 15x15x10 cm are permitted inside the venue; additionally, visitors may carry only one lens with a focal length shorter than 80mm. 4. Medium or large format cameras, super zoom and telephoto lenses, selfie sticks, gimbal tripods, stabilizers, flash units, drones, and video recording equipment are not allowed inside the venue. 5. Without prior permission from He Art Museum, photos and videos are not allowed for commercial or publishing purposes; changing outfits for photography is prohibited. 6. Please do not bring luggage, parcels, or handbags with a total perimeter exceeding 45cm into the exhibition hall. 7. Please do not bring food, beverages, flowers, plants, toys, flammable or explosive items, or other dangerous goods. 8. Please take care of accompanying children and incapacitated persons. He Art Museum reserves the right to claim compensation for any property damage caused. 9. Children aged 12 or under (inclusive) or with height under 1.4 meters (inclusive), as well as incapacitated persons, must be accompanied by a guardian. One adult can accompany a maximum of 2 children or incapacitated persons. 11. Smoking is prohibited in the venue. Please take care of public facilities, maintain a clean environment, and refrain from touching the exhibits. 12. Without prior permission from He Art Museum, please do not copy exhibits, take photos with banners, or engage in any other activities that may disturb other visitors. 13. Commercial activities require prior application. Unapproved group activities such as lectures, guided tours, etc., involving more than 5 people are prohibited in the venue. 14. Only stationery provided by the museum is allowed in the exhibition halls. Please do not draw or scribble in the art gallery areas. The museum has a paid parking lot. Visitors holding same-day admission tickets to He Art Museum (excluding free admission) enjoy 2 hr of free parking. Spending 200 CNY or more at the art store He Ji Shi Du grants 2 hr of free parking. He Art Museum members receive 4 free 2-hr parking vouchers monthly. Parking vouchers are valid only during opening hours from 10:00 to 18:00. He Art Museum Pet Policy: 16. The art museum is open to small and medium-sized dogs, cats, and other small pets with a shoulder height of 60 cm or less. 17. Pets entering the art gallery premises must comply with management requirements by remaining in pet strollers or carriers at all times to prevent incidents such as fright or escape. 18. Free pet strollers are available for small dogs and cats (shoulder width ≤40 cm) on a first-come, first-served basis. Please wait patiently if none are available. Medium-sized dogs require their own pet strollers. 19. Pets are allowed to be on the ground in designated areas of the art museum (1st floor: Riverside Garden, East Garden; 3rd floor: Spring Equinox Theater). In these areas, pets must be leashed with a non-retractable leash no longer than 1 meter and under owner's control. Pets in heat are not allowed 21. Water or food is not allowed inside the exhibition halls, but you may bring your own water containers and refill them at designated water stations within the venue. 22. Please give way to seniors, visitors with disabilities, pregnant women, and children 23. If your pet continuously barks in the art museum, please voluntarily muzzle it or immediately remove it from the premises. 24. Pets are strictly prohibited from defecating anywhere. Owners must promptly clean up their pets' waste using disposable waste bags and dispose of it in designated trash bins. 25. Please keep your pets under control. In the event of any incidents occurring within the art gallery, the pet owner shall bear all consequences. If a pet injures someone, the pet owner shall be held fully responsible. Please follow the instructions of the museum staff. If the above rules are violated, the museum reserves the right to prohibit the pet from entering or ask the owner to remove it immediately.
