On-site notices About Admission Tickets and Entry · Please arrive at the venue entrance in advance according to the entry time specified on your ticket. If you do not hold a valid ticket for the day, you will not be allowed to enter. · The time indicated on the ticket is not the duration you can stay inside the venue. · When you leave the waiting queue, make sure your companions remain in line. If you're alone, please notify a nearby staff member. Please place the infant stroller in the designated area before entering. Children under 13 years old are not allowed to enter alone and must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above. For safety management purposes, pregnant women are unable to experience certain artworks. · Wheelchair users are allowed to enter. However, as some water-based artworks are not wheelchair accessible, staff will guide you through alternative routes in those areas. Visitors using wheelchairs must transfer to a dedicated wheelchair provided by teamLab Planets before entering. (※Please note that the number of dedicated wheelchairs available is limited.) The dedicated wheelchairs provided are standard models without any additional restraints. · You may enter with a cane or prosthetic limb. Depending on your condition, some exhibits may not be viewable. Before entry, staff will explain the viewing route and rules of use based on your situation. · Re-entry is not allowed after exiting. Additionally, admission ticket fees are non-refundable once entry has been granted. About the Venue · For the "Water" area, you must enter barefoot to experience the artwork. Please remove your shoes when entering the locker area. · Some artworks are located in water, so please remove your socks or stockings in the locker area beforehand. Even adults may find the water level in the artwork reaching up to their knees. · Sodium hypochlorite is used in water-based works, with its concentration adjusted to ensure compliance with appropriate standards. · The museum features water-based exhibits. We recommend bringing a change of clothes for children in case they get wet. Please avoid entering the next exhibit while wet. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. · If you or your child get your clothes wet, staff will guide you to change clothes. For safety reasons, you cannot proceed to the next exhibit while wearing wet clothing. If you didn't bring spare clothes, the museum provides towel rental services. Please dry your wet clothes before entering the next exhibit. Please note that the water area is an ornamental display zone and not a swimming facility. · Some exhibits feature mirrored flooring. If concerned about accidental exposure, you may borrow safety shorts or a wrap skirt from the museum. · Free-to-use safety shorts (mid-thigh length) are available in sizes ranging from XS to 6L. Please inquire with staff if needed and return them before leaving. · Some exhibits cannot be experienced while wearing sandals or high heels. Free shoe rental service is available inside the venue. · There may be areas with strong lighting stimulation or dim lighting. For safety reasons, customers visiting with children must hold their hands tightly while viewing the artworks. · The museum provides bypass routes for visitors who wish to skip exhibits, including those with disabilities, children, and their companions. Please consult the staff if needed. Visitors with infants can enter while wearing a baby carrier. · The restrooms in the museum are equipped with diaper changing tables. If you need to breastfeed or rest, you can use the first aid room. Feel free to consult nearby staff for assistance. When the museum is crowded, staff members will guide some customers who have stayed for an extended period toward the exits. About Carry-on Baggage · The passages between artworks inside the venue are dimly lit, and there are areas with unstable ground or artworks that involve entering water. Therefore, for safety and hygiene considerations, carrying personal items into the artwork areas is prohibited. If you need to carry essential items for special reasons, please consult with staff. · Free lockers are available inside the facility. You can store your carry-on luggage in the lockers after passing through the entrance gate. Locker dimensions: 23cm (W) x 34cm (D) x 37cm (H) · Due to the absence of additional storage facilities in the venue, personal luggage exceeding the above-mentioned locker dimensions cannot be stored. · Luggage exceeding the above locker dimensions will be stored and locked in the stroller parking area.
