Also, refrain from changing seats during the trip. Please set all electronic devices such as mobile phones and gaming consoles to silent mode. Phone calls and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus. Please refrain from using perfume, sprays, or changing baby diapers on the bus. After your trip, please remember not to leave any personal belongings or trash on the bus. Dress restrictions: Offensive attire: outfits that may cause discomfort or offense to others Costume restrictions: clothing that may be mistaken for staff or performers Prohibited items: other prohibited items as per departure and destination country regulations, Weapons and explosives, Dangerous tools, Hazardous chemicals, Flammable materials Required items: Weather-appropriate clothing, Comfortable shoes Reminders: This is not a private tour; you will be joining the itinerary with other guests. This trip is accompanied by an assistant guide who speaks Japanese. Children aged 0 to 5 will not be provided with a seat. If a seat is required, please purchase a child ticket. Arrival times may be delayed due to snowfall or traffic conditions. The Japanese-speaking guide will not accompany you to the observatory. Please take the shuttle bus on your own using the ticket for this tour. The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes. Please check the schedule before heading to the observatory. Passengers in odd-numbered groups may share seats with other travelers on board. If you fail to comply with the above regulations and cause inconvenience to others on the bus, the travel contract will be terminated. The Gassho-style Folk Village is closed on Thursdays. Guests who have booked tours for Thursday will receive a complimentary small gift instead. Participants of this trip may share transportation with local Japanese tourists.
