Bookings must be made by 11:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip. A member of staff will contact you by 9:00 PM (local time), 1 day before your trip. Please provide your full name/valid ID (e.g., Mainland Chinese ID Card, Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, and passport)/QR code, barcode, voucher, or e-ticket at the designated meeting point on the day of your trip.

Prohibited items: All pets, Baby strollers, Laser pointers, non-foldable bicycles, scooters, or strollers, other prohibited items as per departure and destination country regulations Reminders: During holidays and weekends, you may encounter traffic congestion, and itinerary adjustments may be made accordingly. The actual vehicle for the day may be adjusted based on the number of passengers. Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. You may be required to compensate for any stains caused. In case of severe weather, a decision on whether to cancel the trip will be made 1 day before departure. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer support in advance to inquire (fees apply). Traffic congestion is expected during Japanese holidays, and refunds will not be issued due to delays. Please consider carefully before booking. The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it separately. Kunen-an (self-paid) will be replaced with Niiyama Shrine during the closed period. Refunds cannot be requested due to poor autumn foliage conditions or similar reasons. The actual vehicle for the day may be adjusted based on the number of participants, with a driver-guide provided for smaller groups.
