[Information] Bookings close 2 days before the visit date, at 17:00 KST (Korea Standard Time) Entry is limited to women aged 19 and over. Based on the 2026 calendar year, only guests born in 2007 or earlier may enter. Male guests and minors are NOT permitted to enter under any circumstances, including when accompanied by a guardian. A valid photo ID showing the date of birth (passport for foreign visitors) must be presented at the venue. Without it, entry will be refused and no refund, change or cancellation is possible. The box office opens 1 hour before showtime. Audience entry to the seating area begins 30 minutes before showtime. Please complete entry at least 10 minutes before the show begins. The box office can become congested shortly before showtime, so please allow extra time. Guests arriving after the show has started may be seated at a later designated time and may be assigned a seat other than the one originally booked. How To Use 1. Tickets must be collected in person by the purchaser. Discounted tickets must be collected by the person entitled to the discount. 7. Receive your physical ticket and enter the seating area from 30 minutes before showtime. 8. Choose a ""Touch Me"" or ""No Touch"" sticker at entry, and be seated at least 10 minutes before the show begins. Note: Tickets can only be collected on the day of the performance at the venue. Advance or off-site collection is not available. [About the show] TOUCH FIVE is a 19+ show musical performed exclusively for a female audience. Over 70 minutes without intermission, six performers deliver a high-energy body performance built around choreography, physical theatre and direct interaction with the audience. On entry, each guest selects a ""Touch Me"" or ""No Touch"" sticker so that the level of performer interaction is always the guest's own choice. Validity Valid only for the selected performance date and time shown on the booking confirmation. The ticket is valid for one-time admission only. No performances are available in Korea from 14 to 30 September 2026. [Eligibility and Identification] Admission is limited to women aged 19 or older. For performances in 2026, guests must have been born in 2007 or earlier. Men and minors cannot enter under any circumstances, including when accompanied by a guardian. A valid original photo ID showing the guest’s date of birth is required. Accepted documents include a passport, national ID card, residence card, or another government-issued photo ID. Entry will be denied without the required identification, and no cancellation, change, or refund will be provided. [Ticket Collection and Admission] Tickets are available for collection only at the venue on the performance date. The purchaser must collect the tickets in person after presenting the live booking confirmation page or reservation number and a valid original photo ID. Screenshots are not accepted. Discounted tickets, if applicable, must be collected by the eligible guest and supporting proof may be required. Late admission is available only at designated times according to the performance flow. Late guests may be directed to seats other than those originally assigned. Restroom use and re-entry are not permitted during the performance. [Venue Rules] Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited. Violators may be required to delete the recorded material and leave the venue immediately without a refund. Food and drinks are not allowed. Only PET-bottled water of 500 ml or less may be brought into the venue. Bouquets, balloons, cheering items, and other objects that may obstruct another guest’s view are prohibited. Mobile phones must be set to silent or vibration mode. Performers may move through the audience or perform close to guests. Excessive touching, inappropriate physical contact, or any behavior that interferes with the performance is prohibited. Please keep personal belongings under your seat, particularly near the end of the show when performers may move through the audience. [Ticket Resale, Transportation, and Other Conditions] Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels or transferred illegally are invalid. The reservation may be cancelled and legal action may be taken. No cancellation, change, or refund is available for delays or missed admission caused by traffic congestion or parking difficulties. Parking at the venue is limited; public transportation is strongly recommended. Performance details, cast, and admission timing may be adjusted due to operational or technical circumstances."
